Eating Healthy

So we've talked about saving time and reducing stress.  But what happens when we don't have time and we're stressed out.  I'll tell you what happens.  We make some seriously bad eating choices.


Let's face it -
  • when we're stressed we eat
  • when we don't have time, we eat quickly (which usually means a bag of chips)
  • and worst of all, when there is no food in the fridge, what do we do - we call for take-out (yikes)
We're all human and sometimes easier beats out healthy.  Especially at the end of the day when we're tired and cranky (that's right, I said cranky).

Now let's imagine that you're coming home at the end of the day and you know the grocery shopping was already done for you.   The fridge is fully stocked with everything you love and is just waiting for you.  

Isn't that better?
